Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

DDHSS deliver to U.K mainland. Deliveries to areas outside of UK mainland including some parts of the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are subject to quotation.

All orders over £50.00 GBP excluding VAT are despatched free of charge; all orders under £50.00 GBP excluding VAT will be subject to £6.95 GBP postage and packing.

When will my item be dispatched?

Most orders are despatched from stock same or next day, DDHSS use a 24/48 hour carrier.

Please allow five working days for all deliveries. DDHSS do not despatch orders during the weekends or bank holidays. DDHSS are usually closed over the Christmas period until the start of January. Non-stock items are usually despatched within seven to ten working days.

If you have any special instructions or require goods urgently please contact one of our sales advisers.

What if an item is out of stock?

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will endeavour to contact you if we have a stock shortage to give you the option of cancelling your order or accepting a suitable alternative.

Do you deliver internationally

For overseas deliveries, DDHSS can arrange despatch by airfreight. We will obtain a competitive price for the airfreight of your order and confirm the delivery cost involved. The cost of any agreed airfreight will be added to your total order value.

All orders for overseas delivery, unless agreed otherwise, will require payment in full prior to the despatch of goods.

Orders over £50 GBP (ex Vat) can be despatched to your preferred UK mainland shipping agent, free of charge. The onward cost of transportation will be for you to arrange and agree with your shipper.

Returns

My goods are faulty, how do I return them?

In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, please return them to DDHSS, Unit 2 Kingsway, Barker Street, City Trading Estate, Norwich, NR2 4UE. Any agreed faulty goods will be credited in full (including your return postage costs, if applicable) or replaced.

Please note that if you are a business in Norwich you can call us to arrange a viewing of the faulty item – if agreed faulty we will replace or credit with no additional charges.

What if my order doesn't fit me?

Please return products that do not fit in their original packaging. For items that do not fit correctly, it will be your responsibility to return the garment to us. dd health and safety supplies Ltd will charge our standard postage cost of £8.00 for re-supplying the correct fitting garments.

If you are local to Norwich you can bring your item to the showroom at Unit 2 Kingsway, Barker Street, City Trading Estate, Norwich, NR2 4UE, for inspection or exchange.

Size exchanges are done free of charge for account customers in the Norwich area.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Should you decide to cancel any orders placed; a refund will be processed on the same or next trading day. Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% and could incur the carriage cost to return the goods to the supplier.
