When inputting your information on our website we collect the following information from you:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Country You Reside
- Street Address
- Town / City
- Postcode
- Phone Number (Optional)
- Email Address
- Order Notes of information that you submit
- The method you opted to pay example (Credit or Debit Card Payment, Paypal).
We collect this data to enable us to process your order and delivery your product to you at the address specified. This allows us to also produce your receipt, use the information to track your parcel.
We hold your data on a My SQL database server which is protected by https. Your data is held on our MySQL database server indefinitely. Why do we keep this information? We retain this information for the purposes of tracking historical orders of all of our customers. We can revert to any online order that you have made with us by searching our MySQL database and locating the information of your purchase.

To delete your data/account and remove all records from our MySQL Database, please click here to log into your account. Once logged into your account please select the large red box which says “delete account“. Your information will be permanently removed. Once this has been removed we may not be able to locate your details for future correspondence to orders you have made.
We hold your email address for the purpose of email correspondence at Mailchimp. Mailchimp is our choice of email marketing provider. We use Mailchimp to keep our customers up to date with the latest offers, sales and news about our business as we feel that this can significantly benefit our customers by keeping up to date with our operations.
We do not share any of your data with a 3rd party. We take your data and the protection of your data seriously and use your data only for purposes to benefit you (our customer) with regular updates of our business.
Like millions of websites across the world, we rely on a tracking system to allow us to understand the behaviours of users on our website. This allows us to improve a whole host of features on our website, delivering the very best content to our users & customers. Our tracking system is provided by Google Analytics which are the most well known and used tracking system in the world. We use social media platforms API’s to allow us to post content to them. Your data is never passed to any 3rd part which includes social media. We use Facebook & Twitter.
We use Sagepay & Paypal to collect payments. Both Sagepay & Paypal are 3rd party companies involved in taking payments from you the customer. We use Secure Socket Layered (SSL) Encryption to pass details from our MySQL database (Website) to either Paypal or Sagepay. This information whilst being transferred is encrypted. The information passed to Paypal or Sagepay will not be used by them in any form other than to collect payment form the information you have given.

Under the GDPR, if our website experiences a data breach we are required to notify you immediately by email if you have been affected by the breach. A notification will be sent within 72 hours.
This occurs when personal information is passed to:
- an unauthorized data processor or subcontractor
- a non-GDPR compliant body
- a third party without the knowledge of the data subject
- a hacker

In no way will information be exploited within our trusted company and databases will never be sold or any information given to us is solely for our benefit. This includes all information gathered whether by email or postal addresses.
